Who We Are
Silknode Technologies Private Limited was incorporated on 14 October 2025 in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and works from Gangtok, Sikkim. It formalises the practice of our founder, Vikas Yadav, who has worked in software development since 2000 and ran his own development business from 2017.
We serve Indian and international clients in software services and software product development, alongside electronics R&D and HR solutions. Current R&D includes an electronics product for the agriculture sector and SaaS products for the ASEAN market.

To deliver best-quality software and technology solutions by combining deep experience with modern software engineering practice.

- More than 25 years in software development and architecture — in software since 2000.
- Has worked across hospitality, publishing, education, mass transit, mining and electronics.
- Delivered software in India, Europe, Australia, the UK, the Middle East, ASEAN and the USA; worked on the ground in Malaysia, the Philippines and Peru.
- Former VP at an education products company, and CTO in hospitality and in financial publishing.
- Has led data migrations in live production environments, and ran his own software business from 2017 before founding Silknode.

- Senior Engineer, Maintenance and Planning Systems, at Dubai Airports.
- More than 17 years as a software engineer.
- Keeps asset maintenance systems running smoothly for daily operations, working across teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency and asset reliability.

- 19 years in the HR industry.
- Has worked with MNCs including Huawei Telecommunications, as well as startups, MSMEs and HR agencies.

We work under NDA as standard and limit access to client data to the people delivering the work.
Secure data handling
Data moves over encrypted channels. Working copies can stay on your servers; if we hold data, it is only for the engagement and is securely removed at the end unless you direct otherwise.
Verification before commit
Data is checked for completeness and correctness before it is written to your production system, with backups kept for rollback and manual checks on a sample of records.
Least-privilege access
We ask only for the credentials and scopes a task needs, and support client-managed, time-limited and revocable access.
